Staunch defender of the cognitive psychology<\/span> , which advocates emotional control from objective reasoning situations, the Catalan psychologist ensures that any negative situation can be minimized, based on a rational and positive internal dialogue.<\/p>\n

In a time of crisis like the present, the appearance on television and youtube programs of coaches, experts and psychologists to help rationalize things and bring a happy and empowering point of view is essential.<\/p>\n

Rafael Santandreu this wave climbs to contribute their bit, away from psychoanalysis, positivism and other pseudoscientific psychological schools and obsolete.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joy inside Auschwitz<\/h4>\n

Viktor Emil Frankl,<\/strong> another famous psychologist, who survived Dachau and at the same Auschwitz, which was hospitalized for more than three years, wrote the famous book of self-understanding and psychology Man’s Search of meaning. <\/em><\/p>\n
